🗑️ Delete Your Data from Ajo.Money

At Ajo.Money, your data belongs to you. If you decide to leave, we make it easy to permanently delete your account and personal information.

🔍 What happens when you delete your data?

We’ll permanently remove:

• Your personal details (name, phone number, email)
• Savings history and group contributions
• Wallet balances and linked bank info
• Messages and support chats

Note: Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

⚠️ Before you delete

• Withdraw all funds from your wallet.
• If you're in an active group, complete your cycle or notify members.
• Deletion is permanent and affects your entire account.
• It may take up to 30 days to fully process your request.

🧾 How to delete your data

1. Open the Ajo.Money app.
2. Go to Settings > Account.
3. Tap Delete My Data.
4. Confirm your identity and submit the request.

We’ll email you once the process begins.

🛡 Why we may retain some data

We may keep limited data for:

• Legal or financial compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Record-keeping requirements
